Looking to evaluate a new management firm for our building
Hello! I'm part of a committee formed by our board to evaluate potential vendors. We are a medium-sized high-rise in Mississauga and our current contract expires in six months. We want to be proactive. A friend from another building suggested a specific condo management company that helped them turn around their deficit and organize their paperwork. Does anyone have a checklist of questions we should ask during the interview process? I want to make sure we don't end up with another firm that just does the bare minimum and ignores resident emails. Any advice is welcome!

Re: Looking to evaluate a new management firm for our buildi
Hi everyone, I recently came across a discussion about online casino platforms while browsing an Australian gaming forum. The conversation was mostly about what information is useful when comparing different websites, which seemed more practical than simply exchanging recommendations. During my research, I came across Level Up Casino as one of the platforms mentioned. I usually look at straightforward details such as game categories, registration requirements, payment options and general terms. Those points make it easier to compare services objectively. For anyone in Australia researching online gambling, it is also important to check the current legal position, local requirements and responsible gambling information before considering any platform.
